latest update

Appear to have a massive update to Square

The tickets page has totally changed.

Anyone else seeing this?

Is there a way to go back to the previous version?

This will cause me huge problems tomorrow.

 our tickets now look like this

They do not update across our devices. 

Even when I select new to old for the tickets it does not work. 

What have you done?

Right now it appears to be unusable. 

This is the same on android and ios devices. 

Any solution for this.

Hello @Jay1 !

 

Yes, open tickets moved to the Orders tab a bit ago. I haven't heard of or had any issues myself with orders not syncing between devices or sorting, but I do miss having a better way of sorting active orders.

 

First thing I recommend is to sign out of all your devices, make sure the app and OS of the device are on the latest versions, restart the device, then sign back in. This way the apps "phone home" and get all the needed information for you. Almost every time this will clear out random oddities.

 

If not, please let us know so we can continue troubleshooting things!

This just happened to us a couple of hours ago.
