Shipping Address not visible

Hello - I'm setting up a POS which will take in-person orders, some for in-store collection but most for shipping. The orders for shipping will be filled by a remote warehouse and the store and the warehouse are set up as locations.

 

Entering the orders is fine and I can print a receipt. However, the receipt doesn't state the fulfillment method or show the shipping address.

 

Looking at the orders in the Dashboard app on ipad iOS and Android, I don't seem to be able to view the shipping address. Only if I use the Dashboard site on a PC.

 

Any ideas?

Hi @nigel_f, thank you for your post!

 

I checked in with our Account Services team on this and they said that this is expected behavior from the Dashboard through a PC, Tablet, or Laptop. Unfortunately they did not have a workaround for this, as this is intended use.

 

They also provided a helpful Square Support article that goes over this information, as well. 

 

If anyone else has any input or workarounds that they have found, please feel free to post here on this thread.

 

I hope this helps a bit. Please let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime.

Hi @Sammie_C - thanks for this article, I can see and amend the shipping address from the More > Orders menu which is exactly what I needed.
