item colour swatches

Hi folks, wondering if there is a way to display the item colour swatches on the category page so that the customer doesn't have to click on the item to see which colours are available?

You want the color swatch to be the main photo on your website? You could make a .jpg with all the colors available and them make it the first photo. That will be the photo that will appear on your website.

Thank you for the reply! I will definitely give this a try.  Thought maybe I was missing something since the color swatches are on option but only on the item page.

That’s how we do it with clothing colors. We have the photo for the main, then on the item page I have a drop down for colors and when they click on the color that particular item will appear on the screen. 
To do that add you colors to the photos, then go down to variations and click on the photo icon to assign the color.
