how can I delete archived modifier groups/modifiers

I am using MarketMan to manage my inventory. When Square synch with MarketMan it is bringing all the modifiers groups, even the ones that I have already deleted. How can I delete archived modifier groups / modifiers?

@analuizaamaral My answer to your question assumes that you are saying that when you sync, that modifier groups you have deleted in MarketMan are coming back from Square?  If so, MarketMan has the note circled in red in the screenshot below, indicating that this will continue to happen until you delete these items from Square, also.  MarketMan is assuming (I think) that Square’s list is the “master” list.
