docket rail hiding table numbers

is there anyway to increase the space at the start of a docket printing... as is at moment when kitchen puts a docket into the rail (which are pretty standard sizing) it covers the table number.. is there a way to increase that spacing.. they are trying to leave it hangout a bit but then the tickets just fall out and causes problems,

thanks

I see what you mean, @cughin. At this time, there is no workaround to increasing the margin of paper at the start of a ticket docket. I'll go ahead and pass this on to our Restaurants product team for consideration. It would be great if you could send through a photo of your rail, and tickets as well so we can illustrate what this looks like, and how it impacts your kitchen, most clearly.

Has this been fixed yet, this is a hige issue for our kitchen too. There need to be a large buffer space at the top of ticket or ability to put the table number at the bottom of the page. This shouldn’t be that difficult and has been asked for going back to 2016 via other threads

Hi @Pulittogether,

It looks like you've stumbled onto the Australian Seller Community page, and since features vary from market to market, I'd be happy to float this feature request past our Restaurants Team today for another update.

Could you please attach a photo of your order ticket on a rail? I'd like to use it to show the team where the current format is causing issues. You can click on the camera icon to attach the image in your reply.

Have you possibly got 'Compact Tickets' enabled on the printer?

This could be the solution?
