Customer name no longer prints on customer receipt. This problem started back in March. It happens at both store locations. We have tried the factory reset and sent a diagnostic report to square but nothing has been fixed. We found a work around by saving the customer cart and reopening the cart for customer name to appear, this takes up quite a bit more time and employees often forget. Where the customer name used to show on receipt is now just a sequential number that re-starts every day.

It seems like your settings might've changed to auto-assign ticket numbers instead of Name.
This setting can be changed by heading to Settings > Checkout > Order Tickets > and making sure Enter custom number or name is selected.
