can't add item to checkout grid

Hi all - need some support. Our club has 2 locations (bank accounts) for our set up.

location 1 - bar

location 2 - general

On the check out screen I can add all of my location 1 items no worries, but i cannot see the general items to add there also.

individual item details shows that inventory is available at both locations (but one of the locs is "greyed out")

the item library shows the location for each item.... am i supposed to change this to "All locations"?? if that is correct, how do I then know that the money is going to the correct bank account?

To better understand what’s happening, it would be helpful to see what you’re seeing on your end. Just to confirm, did you set up different items for different locations?

Based on the information you shared, you may want to try switching the view to All Locations to see if that resolves what you’re noticing. Also, did you set up separate bank accounts for each location? Transactions need to be processed under the intended location, since deposits are routed to the bank account associated with that location.

You can also set up transfer tags for each location to help differentiate payments.
