after pay question

Does anyone know if you add after pay as an option on your website if you have the choice of only allowing it on certain items or does it automatically apply to all items. The reason I ask is the 6% fee is not something I'd like to eat from each item but some of the higher priced items I sell I could.

From what I can tell there is no option on the items it can be applied to. It's an all or none scenario. 

It's nice to have on the bigger ticket items but seems silly for the small ones.
