Our Total Inventory Value is not showing correctly. One day it showed an accurate number and the next day it started showing it at thousands less than it should be, (ex. November 10th it shows 67,353.19, but for November 11th it shows 24,198.18). When I export Item Library and get the value in Excel the total is correct based on inventory. I made sure all items have a cost and a correct inventory number. The numbers might flash a number for TIV (ex. 27,435.23) and then load a different number (ex. 35,212.43), and neither of these are the correct number based on our inventory. Is there something we can do to fix this?
