Why are my kitchen facing names not printing?

The title of this thread has been edited from the original: Kitchen Facing Nows.

I've taken over management of a restaurant and I'm trying to make a new dish on square.

Its called seafood experience.

kitchen need to see.

"Seafood Experience"

Charred bread & Taramasalata

// Chargrilled Prawns

// Scallops

// Chargrilled Octopus
// Fried Calamari

// Market Fish & Opa Salad

I filled this in in the kitchen facing option but nothing comes through, just the normal name

There are other items on the menu where all these extras are just in the description and it printings through the whole description like the set menu.

Please help!

Instead of adding these details in the kitchen-facing name field or in the description, I would recommend setting up modifiers for this item. Here’s how it would work:

Item: 

• Seafood Experience
  
  

Modifiers:

• Charred Bread & Taramasalata
• Chargrilled Prawns
• Scallops
• Chargrilled Octopus
• Fried Calamari
• Market Fish & Opa Salad

You can follow the instructions in this Support Centre article to make these modifiers required, pre-selected, and hidden from customer receipts, so that they automatically appear on your printed order tickets in the kitchen.
