Yesterday we noticed that on our square register and Square stand our discount button is gone from the main screen. Now we can only discount line items, but many of our discounts, including variable % and $, are gone. Help!

Interesting! I wonder if there was an update that either didn't install fully or hasn't been installed yet. Verify you have the latest and greatest software installed (on your stand make sure iOS is updated too). Also try signing out of the account on both devices, restarting the devices, and signing back in. This will force the devices to phone home and get the correct configurations.

You also want to make sure all of your discounts are enabled for your location after the update. You can check this on your Square Dashboard. Sign on to your Square Dashboard. Select Items on the left hand side of the screen. Then choose discounts in the top right.Once you have selected your desired discount and you can see if it is enabled at your location.
