When you place an item on sale how do you get the sales price to show up on your pos and online store?

Hi @jadedspade. At this time, you don’t. The sale price in the item library pops up the message shown below when you click on the little “i” beside it. Currently, the only way to have a sale price that exists on all sales channels is to change the regular item library price. Of course, this has the drawback of not showing “sale” in the item display online.

I’d recommend that you submit a feature request on the Ideate Board, but I’m pretty sure that has already been requested by more than a few folks. Sorry to be the bearer of not-so-good news.
