What is happening with editing my site???

When I go to edit my site, the interface and design is completely different. Was there an upgrade?

I'm not certain if there was a recent update that caused some cosmetic changes with the site editor. Can you give me specifics on the changes you see?

If it helps to provide a visual, send over screenshots too.
