WIX website

Hello,

I’m wondering if anyone would be able to support please

we have a brick and mortar store and we have a website. At the moment we are manually taking items off the website when they sell in store. This is very time consuming and difficult coming to accounts

im looking to for a point of sale which will automatically update stock levels on the website. This will also have all sales through one point. Say what is credit card and what is cash etc..

Has anyone got any experience of this? I’ve tried another company but was unsuccessful, costly and frustrating

@niclassicshirt sorry, I’ve seen you had a thread a while ago. Wondering how you got round it?

Thanks

Hi there, @SimonFrench,

Thanks for reaching out! It sounds like you’re facing a common challenge many retailers encounter when managing both in-store and online sales. At Square, we offer a fully integrated Point of Sale system that syncs your in-store and online inventory in real-time. This means when an item sells in your brick-and-mortar store, the stock levels update automatically on your website, no manual adjustments needed. Plus, all sales data from both channels are consolidated in one place, allowing you to easily track payment types like credit card, cash, and more.

Many of our customers find this seamless integration greatly reduces the time and effort spent on inventory management and accounting, giving them more freedom to focus on their business. If you’d like, I can share more details or help you explore how Square can fit your specific setup. You can also find more details about our Square Online platform here and how to get started.

Some third party website platforms like WordPress will integrate with Square. We had a similar situation many years back. We opted to switch to Square with our POS and website as we were having issues synchronizing shop and website stock.

With Square you can allocate a location where your online stock will be taken from so if you fulfil from your physical store when someone buys from your online store the stock is adjusted from your physical store to reflect this. You should not have any stock management issues with Square. its really good!
