Viewing the online store from cell phones

Has anyone had customers tell them that they can order from your store via there cell phone? I have had many folks tell me that. Some can see the whole store while others can not.  Other folks saying they can see everything but can not order from their phones, but can go to their laptops and order just fine.

Square's online store can be viewed from cell phones yes.

I order from my local coffee shop every day from my phone! Some people's phones may not have a strong enough internet connection or a bad browser to view it but it should be accessible from the phone.
