I run a mattress store. All of my Products (Items) come in standardized sizes so I created an Option Group called "Mattress Sizes" with default Variations for the different sizes (eg Twin, Full, Queen, King). I would like to see a form where I can load all the "Queen" (or Full, or King) Variations in one list so I can compare and change the Variation prices between the different Products (Items). It would be very useful for adjusting price options.
I've done this on my own website database forms by making the Product Size (variation) a clickable link to load a new form with all the same sizes:
Variations By Item:
Item Variation Price List
Item List by Single Variation:
Variations Price List
Hi there @vodhin. I think that the item catalog search bar (on the web dashboard) already provides this functionality. As an ice cream & beverage shop, all of my items come in sizes. If I go to my catalog list and type "small" it returns a list of all items that have the word "small" in a variation name.
Another thing that might work for you is to create a custom attribute called mattress size (or use the existing size attriblte). Custom attributes are free-format text fields that we can attach to item variations. So you could bulk edit your variations that match "queen" and then copy/paste "queen" into that custom attribute field. After that, you can filter your item catalog by bulk attribute. Of course, what I just described has a couple of steps to get there, and I can detail those if you want me to. But, first, I'd be curious if either of these things I mentioned gets you to where you want to be.
