My vendor sales report stopped reporting correctly after 12/14. Everything has a vendor and a cost associated with it. I have contacted support and gotten nowhere. I'm panicked because I run a consignment business and pay each vendor individually and this is thousands of individual items sold that I have to now manually sort at the end of the month. Is this happening to anyone else?
@Beetlebugartco mine started working again a couple days ago. Have you checked recently? I was having an issue with both the Vendor and COGS report, I do consignment and non consignment sales so I feel your pain. I'm noticing a lot of updates going on right now, which makes zero sense to do during the busiest time of year for retail stores.
It still isn't working. That's why I'm panicked.
