Update multiple inventory counts with a single item

We provide a Gift Bag that includes multiple items.  We don't make them until they are ordered.  Is there a way to update multiple inventory counts with a single order?

Ex. - Choose a Lemongrass Gift bag - inventory for lotion bar, lip balm, and foaming soap should each be reduced by 1 item.

Currently, we do not support multi-item inventory adjustments by selling package items.
