Unredeemed Gift Cards

Is there a way to find customers that have unredeemed gift cards? I am looking to contact them regarding their funds. Thanks.

There is a way to see your balance of gift cards unredeemed but I don't believe a way to reach out to those with them. The other thing to remember is that most people purchase GC as a gift and give them to someone. You wouldn't have that person's information unless the purchaser decided to share it.
