We are new to Square and was wondering if we have a viable solution for a tuxedo shop that does rentals and purchases with some form of texting system to let customers know there rental is ready or they are late bringing the rental back. Any sellers have this type of setup or can anyone internal for Square get on a call with us on options?

While Square doesn't offer a built-in rental management system or native texting features for reminders just yet, many of our sellers use a combination of Square tools and third-party integrations to create customized workflows.
Some options that we recommend you look into include using Square Invoices or Appointments to schedule rentals and track due dates. We also recommend that you look into to automating SMS reminders when rentals are ready or overdue through Square Marketing.
