Transfer Purchase Orders from Square to Xero

We are having trouble transferring information from square to Xero, in particular purchase orders.

Are there any suggestions as to how we can make this work?

Sorry to hear you're experiencing a few hiccups syncing your Square data with Xero. As this integration is managed by Amaka directly, their team will be able to assist you with this.

I've included a few options for reaching out to their team below.

1. Create a case with Xero support via Amaka’s Help Desk. You can do this from the help icon in your Xero product, or by going directly to Amaka’s Help Desk from any device.
2. Visit the Xero Support Centre.
3. Email the team at [email protected].
4. Schedule a time to speak with an Integration Expert via Amaka’s Support Hub.

If for some reason they’re not able to help you, reach out to our team with your support ticket number, and we’ll see what we can do from our side. You can call support on 1800 760 137 (Mon - Fri, 9 am - 5 pm Melbourne time), or contact us via online chat or email. See the below steps.

1. Sign in to your Square account

2. Head to our contact page https://squ.re/3AWfZs2

3. Go to "Other", then "I don't see my issue"

4. Click "Message us", "Email us" or "Call Us"

Or, if you see the new chatbot help flow, type “support” to bring up a list of contact methods.

We have done all this and unfortunately Amaka do not support it.

We were asking for suggestions on other integration apps that will work or just how other customers work around it 😊

I can certainly see how the ability to transfer purchase orders between Square Online and Xero would be beneficial. Did Amaka let you know whether they provide opportunities to submit feature requests for this integration?

In the meantime, it's worthwhile having a dig around the Square App Marketplace to see if there's another tool more suited to this specific need. I'm hoping a few other Sellers can also jump in on this thread to offer some advice for managing purchase orders too.
