Tip Pooling Distribution to Employees

I'm an "owner" logged in to the Square Register POS.  I am set up as not eligible for tips.  We want to pool tips and equally share to tip-eligible employees that work the shift.  Currently all tips are allocating to me since I'm the one logging into the POS at the start of the shift.

 

How do I get this to allocate properly each day?

 

Is there a way to redistribute tips to the proper employees before I run payroll next week?

@TrolleyLine44 Under Shifts ----> Settings on your online dashboard you can set up the tip pooling rules whether it is by day or by week etc.  That will pool the tips between all eligible team members that are clocked in.  It will run the tips because all of the sales are running under your log in as the cashier.  I strongly recommend that you set up a device code and let each person log in with their pin # instead just for security.  You will see the reattributed tip under the timecards section when you are looking at shifts.  I also am assuming you are using team management/teams plus.
