Let's make sure you have taxes setup correctly online. You can set up taxes from your Square Online Overview page in Settings > Sales Taxes or Shared Settings > Sales Taxes. You’ll find several options to choose from depending on what your needs are and where business is located. Note: Tax settings from your Square Item Library don’t sync to Square Online.
