TRANSFER ORDER EDIT CANNOT REMOVE ITEMS

Hello,

 

We have created an order in transfer to send inventory from one location to another but then realized I cannot remove an item added on the order.

 

Changed quantity to transfer to 0 but it causes error, and there is now x button to delete the item like purchase orders.

 

Please advise.

To confirm, are you trying to transfer stock between locations with Square for Retail following the below steps?

To transfer stock between locations:

  1. Log into your Square Dashboard and navigate to Items & Orders > Items.
  2. Click Actions > Transfer Stock. From here you can begin your stock transfer.
  3. Select both the source and destination locations.
  4. Choose the items to transfer and enter the transfer quantity. Take note of the current source location stock levels to ensure you have enough stock to support the transfer.
  5. Click Complete Transfer.
