Square keeps logging my out throughout the day, even while working on an order (losing it).
Is there a way to set the session time?

I'm assuming you're talking about your app sending you back to a login screen versus actually signing you out of your account, correct? If so, I wonder if a timeout setting has been set on your app. I don't use retail personally, but I believe timeout settings are in the same place across the board:
More -> Settings -> Security. In here, if Passcodes are enabled, look for the Timeout section. Switch this to something that works for your business.
If you're talking about the online dashboard, yes, there is a timeout feature enabled, but you should be able to catch it when the Timeout alert pops up. I don't believe there's a way to extend this for overall security reasons.
If it's something else, can you describe the screens you see when it logs you out?
Thanks for the response. Yes it's the dashboard, which we use for invoices and orders. It always kicks us out at the most inconvenient times (in the middle of an order, which cannot be saved as draft).
