Square for Retail: Units

I have a wine bar and have set up my items with different units (bottle, large glass, medium glass etc). I followed the steps in this article - https://squareup.com/help/gb/en/article/7237-stock-conversion-sell-by

Inventory tracking isn't working for me the way that the article suggests though. The stock on hand has been allocated against the bottle option only, and when I sell by the glass the stock isn't reduced.

I'm not sure where I'm going wrong?

Hey @CFen, thanks for your post. Really sorry to hear that this feature isn't working as expected for you. 

Can you share a screenshot of an item that isn't deducting the stock correctly? As well as how the stock unit is set up for that specific item. I may be able to provide some guidance if I can see how the item is set up.
