Square KDS incoming order sound very low

On Square KDS, all I got is a small ding for incoming orders that is really hard to hear in the kitchen. I'm using the Micro-Touch Android Tablet and trying the different settings and sounds available but, I keep getting the same low sound. 

Can anyone help me with this problem?

I don't use KDS in my business but you mentioned you use a tablet, could connect a bluetooth speaker for the sounds
