Tried resetting Ipads, reinstalling app etc etc, nothing seems to alter these issues?

I can have our Restaurant team take a look at this, but I wanted to check what settings you have enabled first.
For In-person order tickets, there are a few options, two of which are:
Without looking at your settings it sounds like you may have Combine Identical Tickets on, you can check in: ≡ More > Settings > Hardware > Printers > Profiles.
Can you try changing those settings and let me know if there's any improvement? I'll keep an eye out for your reply.
@Breffni Hi, thanks for the response, I have checked these settings and all set correctly as per photo 🙂 Also just to clarify we are using Ipads, the app is up to date and the ipads are up to date, the register we have works fine and does what it should do!

No as in original post Register works fine, it is the Ipads (x3) that we have the problem.
