Hi!!

I am new to Square, and I am trying to set up shipping within Canada

It was set up and visible on my website, but unfortunately was defaulting to "free shipping" 

I tried to change it and also set up the pick up in store option- and now its only showing the option to pick up in store and no option for shipping when I go onto the website.

I also want to provide free shipping for orders over $100- but I am not sure how to set that up either.

Can someone please help!!

We can definitely help you out with your shipping questions. Can you post a link to your website so we can take a look at your current settings, and your hosting plan? Is there a particular item that is not showing the shipping option or is it all the items in your store that are missing that fulfillment option?
