If I set up free shipping for purchases over $100 for example and a customer makes a purchase of $100 and then uses a coupon, which brings them under $100 - how come they still receive free shipping? Shouldn't the subtotal include all coupons applied and then based on this subtotal, shipping would be calculated?
Same concept as the $ amount threshold for Loyalty. We have ours setup so that a customer must purchase a certain dollar amount to receive a star. Even if coupons and discounts are applied - the subtotal including all discounts must meet the threshold we set up.
