Hey @Leo011 - I'd set this up as a single item on the menu.
So you have "Set Menu" and then use modifiers as the starters, mains, desserts.
The drawback with this work around is that they'll all fire to the kitchen at the same time - even if you're managing this separately for other orders.
(If this is the case then I think I'd have a menu page of just the set menu items all at zero cost. Then have a charge item for the set menu. Then you can use categories and settings to fire off different courses if you do)
