I had a look and I believe this would be a feature request for Square for Restaurants reporting.
I had a look through Reporting with Square for Restaurants and also on my Dashboard and I couldn't filter section sales by category, I tried to build a custom report but the information didn't work, unfortunately.
If you have time, please raise an official request so that our product team has visibility on it.
