Saved Tickets and Saved Carts

I generally use Square POS, but sometimes use Square for Retail.  In POS we have saved tickets.  In Retail we have Saved Carts.  I used to be able to see the POS Saved Tickets in the Saved Carts with Retail, and see the Saved Carts from Retail in Saved Ticket with POS.  That ability has suddenly disappeared.  POS now only shows the saved Tickets for POS and Retail now only shows the  Saved Cart for Retail.  Why has this suddenly changed?

In the same boat as you are - We use both Square Restaurant & Square Retail. Used to be able to enter an order in Restaurant & it would send over to retail in the form of a saved cart. Suddenly this no longer works. We have tried force quitting & restarting all our devices. Haven't tried a factory reset yet, as I don't want to do that during business hours - But that's what Square Support Center recommended we do. 

Fingers crossed we're all able to find a solution to this, as it has been very inconvenient.
