What does the "Returns" figure in the "Sales Summary Report" consists of?
Hello @Sbyrd5525 thanks for your post. If/when you process a return from a previous sale, either in your app or POS, it will show up here in the Returns column.
I have a return listed on my report but it does not give me info on the transaction. Where do I find the return details?
