Restaurants POS Delivery over the phone

In our restaurant we frequently take orders over the phone, some of these are deliveries. How do we enter a delivery, with the address details in the POS in-store?

Another question - I wanted to check if there is a way to enter a voucher code at the pos and online to save having to use two methods to create a voucher/ discount?
