I'm setting up my online store but having a problem. My customers for example can select a Omelette Combo with Cheese, protein and toast; how do I set it up so once they select the combo meal they tehn can select their choice of Cheese, Protein and toast options without an additional charge. Then how do you create the option selection for extra cheese or side of bacon?

The options you want them to choose from will be Modifiers.  You will first need to create these modifiers in Square with 0.00 cost.  Then simply add the modifier to your item.  You can do it from Square or Weebly.
