I am having some real issued getting what I need form the Reports. I realise I could set things up differently but that would take me quite a long time and cost a bit in training and resource.
What I need his a report that tells me how many of a particular item has been sold and what modifiers were used in that item. For example, I can get a summary report to show me how many shots of apple vodka I have. sold (which is great) the problem is that it gives me the gross profit including the cost of modifiers but without telling me what modifiers they were, this skews the actual cost of the shot of vodka and is impossible for our stock checkers to report upon. there is also a report on modifiers but this again does not tell me what modifier has been used with which drink and option.
I need a report that shows me the apple vodka with both 25ml and 50ml option and then what modifier sales were used on each option.
My set-up is that I have an item for vodka and then an option for 25ml and another option for 50ml, I thin have a modifier screen to select for example a dash of lemonade when someone purchases a shot.
Any advice would be great of my options but I think ideally if enough of us have similar issues maybe a report could be designed for this?
