Reporting - Bills

I am using square in a full service restaurant. I could not find a report to view the bills with totals that are created, but not paid.

It has many reports all picking sales transactions (paid status) only.

Are you looking for reporting on comp'd / voided items? Here's how you can run a report on these:

1. Visit the Reports section of your online Square Dashboard.

2. Select Comps or Voids from the Reports menu.

3. Use the filters at the top of the page to specify your search.

I believe you're chasing a report that lists open, but not yet finalised bills. From my experience nothing appears in the backend reporting until the bill is actually settled, which makes sense as it could change.

While not a report, the 'live sales' feature appears to be close to what you're after, but this is only available with the plus subscription
