I ship items, and would like to export a report with my customers addresses, to import into pirate ship. Is there anyway to do this?
Hey there, @LisaMiezwa -
If you go to your Online Store Dashboard, you can go directly to your orders. In the top, right corner there is a button to export your orders.
Please let me know if you have any other questions or were looking for something else.
Thank you for posting in the Community!
No, I send invoices, I dont' take orders through the online store.
Hi there, @LisaMiezwa! I can step in for Kassi here on this one.
This same export feature will be available in the Invoices Tab of the Online Dashboard, we well. Simply click on your paid Invoices, and you will find the Export option in the upper right hand corner.
Let us know if this gets you where you need to be!
I still don’t see where the addresses are available though. I export, and there are not addresses.
Ah, this is our mistake @LisaMiezwa - thanks for the quick reply. The only exported document that will include customer email addresses explicitly will be the export option directly through the Customer Directory.
That should do the trick! You can select to only export the customers who have had transactions through Invoices, but this will have to be done manually.
I went to the Customers, Directory, Export but it doesn't show the address (Postal address) of the customer. I need a report to show all postal addresses for tax purposes. I have went to the invoice export, customer export, and the transaction export and there is ot place showing the postal address of my customers. How can I pull a report of my customers postal address?
Hello there @mlburrell
I just tested on my personal account and exporting my Customer director did include the addresses of my customers. Keep in mind that this report would only show addresses that have been saved as part of your customer's profile.
I hope this information is helpful!
