Replace old image with new?

I accessed my item library and selected the image I want to replace/update, but can't find a way to do this.

Assuming you have already uploaded the new item image to your Image Library, try going to the actual item in your Item Library, select it and on the next screen, look for "Drag and drop images here .........".  There you can change out the image.
