Remove "RECIPIENT" Customer Name and Phone Number printing on receipts and tickets

We have three printers: FOH register, sandwich station, drink station.

Yesterday morning any ONLINE ORDERS going to these stations are now printing a "RECIPIENT" line including customer name and phone number. Customers are not pleased. And it is a waste of sticker paper.

This does not occur with in house ordering.

I do not see an option for turning this off in printer profiles.

Anyone else experiencing this sudden change?

I tried creating new "online" profile but the options appear the same.

Yes - I'm having the same thing happen. Just spend an hour looking through every possible setting and cannot figure out how to turn it off. Square - please advise.

I was on the phone with tech support for 1.5 hours. Three reps looked into it. I was advised it was indeed an issue (not just me) and I was told they hope to have it resolved within 48 hours.

What I understand - at this point there is no setting for us to toggle it on/off.

Unfortunately. This has not been resolved. I'm on the line with support again.

After nearly 4 hours of talking to many different departments I finally received an answer: this is a new update. To remove you will need to make a "feature request."

I'm so disappointed. It's a waste of sticker printer paper (many tickets are now too long for cups) and customers find it an invasion of privacy (with their name and phone number printed on up to three tickets!)

@tranguyen sorry to tag you but I'm having trouble finding help and feel like I've exhausted all options.

Is anyone aware/working on this issue with the last update:

online orders only: printing a RECIPIENT line with full name and phone number. This is new for us. Tickets already have full name in bold at the top of each ticket. We have three printers at different stations. Customers do not want name and number disclosed, and we find it's a waste of paper.
