Does anyone else have an issue with the Square Register, black with customer facing screen restarting without warning - in the middle of taking an order. And if so - how did you solve it? It's frustrating and embarrassing.

These kind of issues can normally be resolved with insuring that software and firmware are both up to date. We would recommend walking through these specific troubleshooting steps to weed out any outstanding glitches that may be carrying over from previous versions of the software.
