QR Code Ordering Has Stopped Working

My restaurant has used QR code ordering for almost 2 years now, and it completely stopped working on Friday. At first, customers were able to place orders with no issue and their accounts were being charged; however, we weren't receiving any record of their orders -- no tickets, no receipts, nothing. Then, starting yesterday, the customers are seeing this error on their phone after they enter their payment info: "Sorry. Your order didn't go through. Please try again." At least they aren't being charged. I've been trying to resolve this issue for days. My business is being negatively impacted by this. This is just one of many mind-blowingly stupid things happening since the most recent update.

I've escalated this to the QR Code Ordering Team, so they can take a closer look. I'll be sure to follow up with you here, once I receive more information from their team. In the meantime, could you please double-check your QR Code Ordering settings here, just to make sure everything looks correct?
