Q: Square for Restaurant in the Philippines is not available?

i've been trying to sign up and register with a device code... it just keeps saying it's only for point of sale app... and when i sign up via Square for Restraunts, there is no option for a Menu in the dashboard....can anyone assist?>

Square is not available for payment processing at all in the Philippines at this time so none of our subscriptions are either.
