Public holiday surcharge for online order

Hi guys

I am tried to set surcharge for oline order during public holiday season.

I managed to do it on POS system but not online.

I do not know what to do from this screen shot

Do you know how to do turn on item level taxes?????

Hi @Oriental, thank you for posting and welcome to the Community 👋.

 

The service charge feature is not available for Square Online at the moment. I understand how important it would be to have your prices aligned across your POS and website, and I suggest filing a feature request on our Ideate board. I'll let you know once the feature is released on Square Online.

 

We don't currently support automatic surcharges or the application of online taxes for sales either, so you shouldn't be redirected to manage Online taxes. Since we don't have access to your account information, could I ask that your contact our Support team directly about this message? They'll be able to escalate this behaviour to our engineers to fix it.

 

Feel free to reach out if you have any other questions in the meantime.
