Product Listing Loading

I've been trying to make my product listing on this channel but it has been saying "We're syncing your business information" in the bottom right for a long time. How to fix this?

Here's a detailed troubleshooting process:

  1. Reset the Connection:

    • Log out of your Square account completely
    • Close all browser windows
    • Wait for 2-3 minutes
    • Log back in
  2. Clear Browser Data:

    • Open your browser settings
    • Clear cache and cookies specifically for Square's website
    • Make sure to keep your login information if desired
  3. Check Your Internet Connection:

    • Ensure you have a stable internet connection
    • Try connecting to a different network if possible
  4. Verify Business Information:

    • Go to your Square Dashboard
    • Check Settings > Business Information
    • Make sure all required fields are filled out
    • Save any changes, even if you don't make any
  5. Force Refresh:

    • Windows: Press Ctrl + F5
    • Mac: Press Cmd + Shift + R
    • This performs a hard refresh of the page
  6. Try Different Browser:

    • If using Chrome, try Firefox or Safari
    • Or vice versa

Hello,
Thanks for the reply. I tried all of these, and cancelled setup for my channel/created a new one, but the same message persists and my items do not appear in my channel.
