Our registers updated this week and so far on one of them we cannot do a
combined discount, we have to go back through and apply the discount
line by line instead of the normal way of applying it to the ticket then
turn it off of for an item or two that the discount doesn't apply to.
Also, when do reporting on a register, it crashes and restarts every
time.
Hey there @bradrsi. So, if this is restricted to only one Register device, it sounds like something has gotten messed up in that device. The first thing I’d try to do is completely sign out of the POS application and reboot the Register. Then sign back in and see if the same thing is happening. If that doesn’t work, I’d recommending trying the troubleshooting steps (especially the factory reset) as found in this help document. Good luck!
