Kind of a rant because AI Support is useless, and I don't know how to get a human, but if anyone has a suggestion, I'm open to it.
We had "Square for Retail Plus" and I went through the list of features for the new plans. It did not show anything about printing price labels from a Purchase Order (or anything else, it only showed the additional features. And of course once it switched, I can't go back. I am beyond unhappy.
Now in order to get that one little feature (it'll let me print labels from inventory, and it lets me create purchase orders, so it's not some advanced expensive magic) they want me to upgrade to the $149 plan with many other advanced features that our little store doesn't need. Maybe I'm the only one who ever used it?
This was not included in any of the features lists that I could find. Now I'm wondering what other things they took away or "moved to Premium" that I won't know about until I need them. It feels very bait-and-switch to me.
With their many years of ignoring our requests for Round Up features, this may be my breaking point to find another POS/Inventory system 😞
Ugh.. I'm so sorry.. that isn't a feature we use at all- we print labels from inventory not against purchase orders (we don't even use the PO function)
