Mods, if you'd prefer to merge these threads I have no objections.
But I just recently bought the Zebra ZD411D to use with the Square Stand (+Ipad). I didn't realize that printing from a purchase order was the next tier up of subscription. That part is on me. But the printing I DO have access to is not working in a way that is useful in the least.
So far I am trying to print from the point of sale app on my stand. I go through Inventory > Stock Overview > Print Labels. My issues are:
- the items re-sort themselves after I add them to the print list (giving me zero control over the print order)
- Any duplicate labels are printed in a completely scrambled order (rather than being at least grouped together even if the item order is not what I wanted)
- And the label text is small and hard to read to boot! I have tried both 2x1in and 1x1in.
I needed these as price labels more than barcodes, so I'm not even generating/printing barcodes. It just leaves the print tiny regardless.
I am rather frustrated, to say the least. This was supposed to save me time and so far it seems like it will only be an expensive hassle instead!
Is there at least a fix to the print order issue? There is no way the duplicates aren't supposed to be grouped together. That makes no sense.
