Price Match report

We price match products at are store, we use Square for Retail and when we price match an item, we click on the item and hit “adjust price.”  I wanted to know if there’s a way for me to view transactions or items that had the price adjustments?  Is there any report that would show this?

Only thing I can think of is having an item discount called Price Match.  Then pull a Report of your Discounts and look for the one you named Price Match.   I am just not sure if while creating the Price Match Discount if you can leave the value empty to make it a Variable discount based on the item.   Meaning Item A you need $5.00 off but Item Be you need $10.00 off etc.
